QIFF: Interface File Format and Software

QIFF current version is 1.28

QIFF is a specification for an ASCII Interface File together with software to turn such files into Common Data Format (CDF) fiels which are compliant with ISTP and Cluster CSDS specifications. It was written by QMUL as part of the Cluster Science Centre within the UK and is maintained by the CSC at Imperial College London. The format and software, while written with Cluster in mind, are quite general in applicability, and are used by several groups for a variety of purposes. QIFF software is written in C.
